Chester Wedding Photography – Llyndir Hall.

On the morning of the wedding I headed straight to Llyndir hall for Bridal prep photographs and when I arrived Tracey was a little bit stressed, so I had to wait for a while before I could go up to the room. I used this time to have a look around the grounds and scout out some destinations for photographs. When I came back the receptionist informed me that Tracey was ready for me and sent me up to the room. Although everyone was in a bit of a rush getting ready, I still managed to capture some candid shots of the bride with her bridesmaids and children.

After the bridal prep photo’s I made my way downstairs to set up for the ceremony and to have a chat with John and the registrar. Soon after the this the ceremony began and I managed to capture some lovely moments between the bride and groom, whilst not being intrusive. After the register was signed everyone made their way into the lobby area for drinks and canopies.

The weather wasn’t looking to promising and the sky was overcast, so I suggested to Tracey that we should have some photographs outside while we can. Everyone started to move outside and I took some photographs of the bride and groom under the gazebo and then we started to take some group photographs, but unfortunately mid-way though the heavens opened, so everyone had to run inside for cover! We finished the group shots in the conservatory.

Tracey and John wanted a bit of a break to relax with their guests after this, so I went and took some photographs of the cake and table decorations until the evening guests started to arrive. Tracey and John did not want the traditional sit down wedding breakfast, with speeches, so they had laid on a big hog roast for everyone.

When everyone had had their food the DJ announced the cake cutting and after that the bride and groom had their first dance.

Here are some photographs from Tracey and John’s day:
