Mold Wedding Photography – Beaufort Park Hotel.
Amy and Mike are a lovely couple and I was really excited to shoot their wedding after meeting up with them and their dog Jakey for a pre-wedding photoshoot earlier this year at Hawarden Castle.
I arrived at the Beaufort Park Hotel early to get some shots of Amy and her bridesmaids getting prepped for the big day as requested. Whilst I was there I also took the opportunity to get some nice photographs of the bridal party’s flower arrangements and the bride’s shoes, dress and engagement ring.
Whilst the bride and bridesmaids were getting their dresses on I popped downstairs to find Mike and the groomsmen at the Bar! I asked if I could borrow them all for a few minutes to get some photographs before they went inside, to which they gladly obliged.
After getting some photographs of the bride and bridesmaids in their dresses I moved in to the ceremony room to get set up and eagerly awaited the bride’s entry. The ceremony was really intimate and I managed to capture some candid moments.
All of the guests headed outside after the ceremony, as it was a lovely day, so I took this opportunity to gather everyone together for a big group shot and then split everyone off into the smaller groups that were requested by the bride and groom. We even managed to get a few photos with their dog Jakey!
As the guests were ushered into the hotel to be seated for the wedding breakfast, I stole Mike and Amy way for a few moments to capture some nice romantic shots of them on their own. When we had finished up, the bride and groom joined their guests for the Wedding breakfast which then led into the speeches.
After the speeches I stayed out of sight and captured some natural photographs of the bride and groom enjoying themselves with their guests, until the evening guests began to arrive and then shortly after the DJ announced the cutting of the cake and the first dance.
Here are some photographs from Amy & Mike’s day:
