Neston Wedding Photography – Hinderton Hall.

At the pre-wedding meeting Denise explained to me that she has been battling Cancer, but was determined to go ahead with her wedding day as planned. A family member of hers had recently got married at Hinderton Hall and she had lots of ideas for photographs and wanted plenty of photographs of the two family’s together. A couple of weeks before the wedding Denise was admitted to hospital and Paul messaged me to say they still wanted to go ahead and hopefully Denise would be out in time. Luckily Denise’s health had improved enough for her to get married.

On the day I was greeted by Paul and his best man at the entrance to Hinderton Hall, they were very relaxed, so I asked if they would like to have some photographs together before I went to find Denise. After the photographs I went to the little on-site cottage that Denise was getting ready in and took some photographs of Denise, her Bridesmaid and her brother who was giving her away. I also managed to get some photographs of the bouquets and button holes. After this we headed in to Hinderton for the ceremony.

It was a really intimate ceremony and the first ceremony I have photographed with the bride & groom seated throughout, which was a nice challenge for me. There were a few tears after a heartwarming speech from a family friend and lots of smiles! After the ceremony everyone moved through to the lobby for drinks and a chat, this was a good opportunity for me to take some candid photographs.

We then moved outside to take some group shots, for which Denise had provided me a list which came in handy for organising everyone. After the group shots everyone started to head over to the other building, where the wedding breakfast and reception was to take place, so I took Denise and Paul to one side and managed to get half an hour alone with them to take some photographs inside Hinderton Hall and on the grounds.

After the wedding breakfast there were some great speeches and then the evening guests started to arrive, which was closely followed by the cutting of the cake and the first dance.

Here are some photographs from Denise & Paul’s day:
